How can I buy a book?

BookButler is a price comparison service for books and not a book store. This service helps you to compare the prices, availability and shipping from a wide range of bookstores. After you have found the book you are looking for, click on "Compare Prices" and you will see a list of stores that are selling this book. When you click on the View or Store button in the comparison table, you are forwarded to the bookstore of your choice where you can order the book.

I can't find what I'm looking for. Do you have any advice?

Our book data is organized in catalogs. If your search by Keyword, Title, Author or Publisher was not successful, try one of the other catalogs.

What is the "Marketplace" indicator under the the store name?

Some websites enable companies and individuals to sell books on their marketplace. When we find a book sold on such a place, you will see the label "Marketplace" under the store name. Books from marketplaces can be second hand, which will be indicated next to the store name.

What is the meaning of 'incl.'?

The sales tax is already included in the product price.

What are Webmiles?

For all purchases at buecher.de you get free webmiles. For these you can get awards at www.webmiles.com.

What are Flips?

What is the meaning of '?.??'?

You must check at the marketplace, if the seller has to add sales tax on your order.

Why is there no link "Compare Prices"?

The listed book does not have a valid ISBN, which we need to initiate a price comparison.

How did you know that I was searching for ...?

When you enter our site, your browser sends us the link of the page you visited before. If this was a search result of Google, we check if your query was an ISBN and offer you a search for it.
